Emma Jane has been in the well-being industry for over 25 years, and will herself tell you that she is addicted to feeling good, strong and healthy. She says "as an (ex-) professional dancer I understood quickly the importance of  balancing foods/energy balance and the importance of hydration, rest, stretching, strength training, cardio and of being in optimum health and condition. I have many qualifications that enhance my role and knowledge in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and as a nutrition/weight management consultant. Our bodies are incredible pieces of equipment, they work efficiently. But, when we fuel them with the finest fuels, and I mean that in every sense, then we will gain benefits we didn't know we had; physically, mentally and emotionally".

She offers bespoke training plans for her clients, and continues to grow in the well-being field from listening and learning to other experts. She says "I appreciate that having knowledge is key to all of our successes in life, regardless of where we are at and we should never stop learning or get complacent.   

She trademarked a popular formula incorporating her passions; exercise, wellbeing, nature, the ocean/ river, people, the world and health. She  calls this “LIVING YOUR FRESH LIFE”.

Emma Jane has gained many years of experience in the well-being arena, and because of working with Linda Moseley (her first boss/mentor), leading her to work with many high-profile clients. Her background as a professional dancer has meant she has literally lived & breathed fitness/well-being since she could walk. She discovered her passion for well-being through many years of soul searching and speaks openly about her  personal journey through childhood trauma/adversity to success and how she recovered from the difficulties she faced.  She is happy to chat with anyone keen to see whether she is a good fit for what you are looking for!

Becoming a fitness instructor ~ or PT ~ group coach/ trainer requires tenacity, knowledge, good organisation, communication, personality and lots of creative imagination. Emma-Jane mentors trainee fitness trainers through their qualifications as well as training them on ‘how to motivate their clients and how to set up their business’ once qualified. Having spent her entire life in the fitness and wellbeing profession, she says "it is an honour to be able to support fledglings as they start their careers in a profession I have loved & enjoyed my entire life".

If you have an event where children will be at, then please get in touch to find out more about your responsibilities toward child protection. Emma-Jane will build your detailed risk assessment plan/ with any necessary actions to be considered and implemented. She will also work with your leadership teams so you can employ an in-depth safeguard training for your event, putting children first as a priority. Child protection programmes are built by a team of safeguarding leads who truly understand the importance of child protection.

 Emma-Jane started dancing at 3 years old, and hasn’t stopped, tap dancing being a speciality of hers. Check out her new fitness programme DiscoShuffle. 


EJs life has revolved around dance, she regularly speaks about dance and how it has been her saviour, bringing much peace and strength to her life.  From time to time she is invited to choreograph shows. Her latest invite was for We Will Rock You, which for a Freddie fan who loves to dance wasn’t a difficult decision to make. 


Choreographing shows allows her to be creative, a skill she learnt as a young girl to help her survive, and a skill she pays forward today. She believes creativity is a useful tool for children’s development, and encourages this at her own Perofrming Arts School - StageWorks, UK

TAP DANCE GURU

Emma-Jane specialises in tap dance, and is the Founder of DiscoShuffle™.  She says "I've been dancing/ choreographing shows since I was 3 years old, and have trained in many styles of dance. I've performed professionally at many venues - but it was tap dance that became my favourite style of dance and a huge part of my adult life, it is my speciality with wellbeing/ fitness being my addiction. Fitness and Dance have been hugely impactful in helping me heal from my own childhood trauma & difficulties. Because of this I love them both dearly for the support they’ve  given me from a child to present day.

I joined EJs 12 week programme, to focus on weight loss. Not only did I lose weight, but I found new ways to cope with my anxiety. Her programme is amazing, you don't realise you are working hard because she makes it so enjoyable, fun and accessible.
