DiscoShuffle™

DiscoShuffle™ is a new fitness programme that combines cardio, endurance, mental fitness, strength and focus. The programme has been created to ensure the body is worked, and not just in the physical sense. Dance and Fitness were my therapy during some of my darker childhood moments. Today DiscoShuffle™ reflects 'my life journey'. It brings together all the things that kept me smiling and sane throughout. It is a pleasure to pay it forward. 

Over the years I have understood how bodies work, the importance of creating good habits, and why challenging  muscle memory to increase tone and fat burning is key to improved wellbeing. There is a method to my madness on these conversations, and those that listen will benefit greatly when it comes to living their best life and feeling tip top. Variety is key to all of our wellbeing successes. All of my lifestyle programmes are bespoke and built around the importance of physical, mental, emotional wellbeing.
